DAMAGE, DEFECTS, MISSING ITEM:
Just hit us up with a pic then we rush a flawless replacement your way at lightspeed, our treat! You keep the original for scrap fabric or as extra motivation hanging in your workout space.


PACKAGE LOST OR MIA?:

We track all shipments so contact us within 10 biz days if that delivery is dodgy then we’ll swiftly investigate. If we can’t hunt down that rogue package after our A-game searching, a replacement ships priority on us.

Other deets: We don’t do refunds, only exchanges or future store credit due to our custom production process. You cover return label costs for exchanges. Outbound shipping is non-refundable.
